  • The amount will be credited to the payment method or account details provided in the written request.
  • Any transaction charges incurred during the refund process will be deducted.
5. Cancellation Policy
  • Customers may request service cancellation as per the agreed terms in the service agreement.
  • Cancellation charges may apply depending on the stage of service delivery.
